Morgan Salazar, Co-President

This is Morgan’s second year serving as Co-President. She has a 4th grader and a 2nd grader at Brooke. Morgan is a PSU grad and works as an autistic support aide at Limerick Elementary. She joined the H&S association to volunteer and learn more about the school. She is excited to continue as a member because of the amazing community and all the awesome things the H&SA does for the kids at Brooke!

Christina Cresswell, Co-President

Christina is excited to serve as Co-President of the Home and School Association this year. She has a daughter in 2nd grade and previously served as the Recording Secretary during the past school year. As a first-time Co-President, Christina is eager to work with other parents and school staff to support students and strengthen the school community. She looks forward to connecting with fellow parents and contributing to another successful year at Brooke Elementary.

Ellen Wasmanski, Treasurer

Ellen is serving her second year as Treasurer for the Brooke H&S Association after a couple of years leading subcommittees for Brooke Spirit Nights and Box Tops. She is a Spring-Ford graduate and received her bachelor’s degree in business management from West Chester University (WCU). Ellen also runs her own decorated apparel business locally. Ellen, her husband, Dave, and two daughters reside in Limerick township. Her older daughter Emma is a Brooke Elementary alumnus, and her second daughter Anna is in 4th grade this school year. Ellen also coaches girl’s softball for SFYAL. She enjoy’s being involved and helping schools and youth organizations give back to our youth.

Kristen Callaghan, Recording Secretary

Kristen and her husband, Chris, have 2 kids, Conor, who is in 2nd grade here at Brooke and Riley, who is in Pre-K at His Kids. Over the last 2 years, Kristen has enjoyed being able to volunteer and attend Home & School meetings to feel more involved in Conor’s school experience. She remembers her mom always being at her grade school growing up, volunteering for a variety of activities, and she hopes that Conor, and eventually Riley, remember that she tried to get involved as much as she could here at Brooke! Kristen is currently an OTA in Early Intervention and is also going to be an Assistant Teacher at Riley’s preschool. She looks forward to a fun year ahead being on the Home & School Board!

Katie Delmoro, Corresponding Secretary

Katie and her husband, Reno, moved to Spring-Ford in 2012. Their son, Desmond, is starting 6th grade and their daughter, Dakota, is a 2nd grader here at Brooke. Katie runs a local in-home daycare, so they have many other children that feel like family! For Katie, being a member of the board is a way for her to connect with other Brooke families and to stay informed about school events and activities. Some of her responsibilities as Corresponding Secretary include creating and distributing the Brooke Buzz, as well as maintaining our Home and School website. As she begins her third year serving on the board, Katie is looking forward to another exciting school year!
